Our story
Established to make environmental evidence useful in property decisions.
ACED Miljø was established to bring environmental evidence closer to the property decisions it needs to support. The company is built on practical experience in due diligence, contaminated land, indoor environment and environmental management, and now delivers both individual assignments and portfolio programmes across Denmark and Sweden.
We keep technical leadership close to the work and scale assignments through accredited laboratories, specialist contractors and Nordic partners when required. This gives the client one clear responsible adviser and access to the right capacity for the scope.

ACED Miljø’s environmental work is led by Herbert Mbufong Njuabe, PhD, a Senior Environmental Consultant working where environmental evidence meets property decisions. His experience spans environmental due diligence, Phase II investigations, contaminated land, tank matters, hazardous building materials, radon, climate-related risk assessment and environmental management.
His research background trained him to interrogate evidence. Field experience taught him when records are incomplete, when an observation matters and when further work will genuinely change a decision.
ACED Miljø works across Denmark and Sweden and can assemble partner-supported teams for assignments elsewhere in the Nordic region.
