The contact form asks for your name, email address, property or portfolio and message. Company and telephone number are optional. We also record the selected service and website language.
Our hosting, form-delivery and email systems may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as date, time, IP address, browser information and security logs.
Please do not send civil registration numbers, health information or other highly sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
We use the information to respond, understand the proposed assignment, arrange an initial discussion, prepare a possible scope or quotation and protect the website from misuse.
Where the enquiry concerns a possible contract, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract. Other ordinary business enquiries and security logging are handled on the basis of ACED Miljø’s legitimate interests in operating the business and responding safely.
We do not add contact-form details to a marketing list or use them for automated decision-making.
Information is available only to people at ACED Miljø who need it for the enquiry and to service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email and IT security.
A specialist partner receives personal information only where this is necessary for the requested work and there is an appropriate basis for sharing it.
If a supplier processes personal information outside the EEA, ACED Miljø will require an applicable transfer safeguard.
An enquiry is kept while it is needed to respond, assess the opportunity and document relevant communication. It is then deleted or archived according to its purpose.
Information connected with an assignment, quotation, contract, accounting requirement or possible legal claim may be kept longer where this is necessary. Routine enquiries that do not lead to work are reviewed and deleted when there is no longer a business or legal reason to retain them.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

ACED Miljø does not intentionally use advertising or marketing analytics cookies on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security and session technologies.
If optional analytics or marketing services are introduced later, this notice and the website’s consent controls will be updated before they are activated.
