When this service is useful
What we can examine
How the assignment develops
The planned decision determines whether the work is screening, management-oriented or intrusive.
Occupied areas, roofs, services and restricted spaces are considered before the visit.
Accessible materials are assessed and representative samples are taken safely.
Confirmed results, visually similar untested materials and inaccessible areas are kept distinct.
Scope boundaries
No survey can confirm materials hidden behind closed constructions unless intrusive access is expressly included and safe. Sampling locations and limitations are recorded so the report is not read as broader than the work performed.
We can review the starting point and suggest a proportionate first step without turning a focused question into an unnecessarily large investigation.
